What products does Everest Custom offer?

Everest Custom offers a growing range of personalised products including custom stickers and labels, domed gel inserts, badges, keyrings, medals, school products, trophy and medal inserts, and other custom printed items.

Can I customise products with my own design or logo?

Yes. Most of our products can be personalised with your own logo, artwork, text or design. Simply upload your artwork when ordering where the option is available.

What is a domed gel resin finish?

A clear polyurethane resin is applied over the printed design to create a smooth, raised 3D appearance. It adds depth, gloss and additional protection to the printed surface.

Which products can have a domed finish?

Doming is available on selected inserts, badges, keyrings and other suitable products. Look for the domed gel option on the individual product page.

What artwork files do you accept?

We recommend high-resolution PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG or other vector artwork where possible. For the best results, logos should be supplied at the highest quality available.

Can you help if my artwork is not print-ready?

Yes. We can usually make minor adjustments to supplied artwork. If substantial design work or redrawing is required, we’ll contact you before production.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities vary by product. Some items can be ordered individually, while others are supplied in packs or have quantity-based pricing. Please check the individual product page.

Do you offer samples before placing a larger order?

Samples may be available for selected products. Contact us with the product and quantity you’re considering and we’ll advise what options are available.

How long does production take?

Production times vary depending on the product, quantity and level of personalisation. Estimated turnaround information is shown where available, and larger or specialist orders may take longer.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes. We welcome larger orders from schools, clubs, businesses and organisations. Contact us if you require larger quantities or would like to discuss your requirements.

Can I request a custom shape or size?

Yes, selected products can be produced in custom shapes or sizes. Contact us with your dimensions, quantity and artwork and we’ll advise what is possible.

Will I receive a proof before production?

Digital proofs may be provided for selected personalised products where required. If a proof is supplied, production will begin after approval.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible. Because personalised products may enter production quickly, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once production has started.

Do you deliver throughout the UK?

Yes. We deliver throughout the UK using suitable delivery services depending on the size and value of the order. Available options and charges are shown at checkout.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
